Best wishes and wishes for the beginning of the year

 At the beginning of the year, BS Wynn Tran would like to wish the patients everywhere good health.


If you are not sick, then Nham D ầnn will not have any disease, will always be healthy, and exercise properly. Any woman who has a chronic disease will be stable, not more severe. If you have diabetes, the Ha1c index will always be below 7%, if you have high blood pressure, the meter at home will always be below 130/80.


If you are seriously ill, the disease will be lighter in the new year. If you have cancer, then the tumor is not bigger, no immunity, surgery will be successful, react well with target medicine, and treat less side effects. Any food with autoimmune disease will be lighter, less recurring, and no side effects of immune repression. The lady is suffering from chronic pain will reduce, sleep well every night.



Congratulations to all those who have Covid-19 continue to recover, no more odor, no more difficulty of breathing, will be walking, running again soon. Wish those who haven't had Covid-19 to continue to be healthy, not infected with Covid-19.


May my Medical SVs, BSNT, NCS, and Fellow always find joy in medical treatment and research everyday. Wish you soon to graduate into the profession you want, wish you BSNT/Fellow to find a good job, high salary, and become a partner soon.


I also have a little wish in the new year.


I wish no more babies were abused, no more babies were beaten to death. I wish there would be no more children in Vietnam drowning every year. I wish the Vietnamese farmers would export fruits all over the world, no longer sell raw fruits that are easily rotten when trade or China closes the border. I wish Vietnam football team would play stable, always as high as China win 3-1 last time.


I hope the Vietnamese community in America gets stronger and stronger. There are more cultural and scientific art contributions from Vietnamese original artists. The day more Vietnamese people join the U.S. politics helps the voice of Vietnamese American people become stronger.

 The word “kwechiri” isn’t a mere slogan to me. It’s a principle I adopted many years ago and it’s been magical. The idea of starting a good thing and fighting consistently, against all odds, to succeed at it. This is what most of us need this year. To kwechiri enough in whatever we’re doing. To know that you’ve learnt and waited long enough without taking action. To finally begin the journey and to keep at it.
