The word “kwechiri” isn’t a mere slogan to me.
It’s a principle I adopted many years ago and it’s been magical.
The idea of starting a good thing and fighting consistently, against all odds, to succeed at it.
This is what most of us need this year.
To kwechiri enough in whatever we’re doing.
To know that you’ve learnt and waited long enough without taking action.
To finally begin the journey and to keep at it.
To know that it may be difficult and you may fail momentarily but it’s possible.
That all you desire to accomplish are possible.
I remember when I created my first blog in 2017, it wasn’t funny.
I blogged for almost a year without earning a paltry $100.
I got to the Nigerian Law School same year, I continued to blog, despite the strenuous work load.
Nothing meaningful was coming and it felt like I was wasting my time.
I graduated and was called to the Nigerian Bar, I kept on blogging.
During Nysc, I blogged all the way.
No weavering, no pauses, no retreats.
I was committed to working it out because I saw potentials in it.
Now, I have figured it out to an advanced level that I earn decent couple of thousand dollars every week.
What changed?
Just time, consistent efforts, failing and rising.
One night last November, my younger brother, Ikenna Nwali and I were checking the earnings of my very first blog.
We realized that it had earned over $285,700 from 2018 to November 2021.
I don’t even know where the money went as I don’t have shi-shi now.
But one thing is clear and unequivocal: Blogging has changed my life forever!
And because of it, I have been able to impact the lives of many people connected to me in many ways.
Today, I can stay in my village and earn more dollars and pounds than some people working 2 jobs in USA and UK.
Today, I can take a student, unleash my anointing on him and make him a millionaire blogger within few months.
These amazing stuffs would all be impossible today if I had thrown the towel of blogging in 2017.
The “amazing” in your business will come from knowing what works.
Knowing what works overtime comes from practice.
And Self practice takes time.
So, whatever you’re doing now that has potentials, please Kwechiri.
Whether you’re seeing results or not yet, Kwechiri.
Even if it feels like it’s crashing, Kwechiri well well.
Give it time, keep learning and evolving. Identify your biggest challenges and dare to solve them.
Push more, seek higher knowledge if you need to, connect with good network in your industry, change or tweak your strategies, double down, but in all things; KWECHIRI!
Your morning will come.
Your light will shine.
You will win!
With Love,
Remedy Nwankwo.
